How do I access my seller dashboard?

If you've lost your place and need to go back to the seller dashboard, please visit https://app.batonmarket.com/. This link will always take you where you need to go.

Where is my confirmation email?

Your confirmation email may have gone to spam, so please check your spam folder first. It also may take a few minutes to arrive, so please wait up to 5 minutes before requesting another confirmation email.

If you're still not receiving it, your email provider may have an overactive or overly prescriptive spam guard. Many larger companies or universities employ these in order to prevent phishing attempts, but in some cases, they block confirmation emails as well. Unfortunately, the only way to fix that problem is to substitute another email address that's on a different domain (i.e. not from the same institution), such as a personal email. Your Gmail account is usually a safe bet here. Please reach out to your M&A advisor to change your account's email address.

I'm seeing a 404 error when I log into my Seller Dashboard.

If you're seeing a 404 error upon logging into your seller dashboard, please visit https://app.batonmarket.com/ - doing so should drop you into the correct place.

If that doesn't work, please log out and log back in to Baton, and if that doesn't work, please contact your M&A advisor so we can figure it out.
