Why am I being prompted to answer questions I already completed during signup?

If you're being asked to complete Baton's initial signup again (the same signup you completed during the process of receiving your business valuation), let your M&A Advisor know, and we will look into it for you.

Upon starting your business sale process with Baton, you will be asked to complete a pre-market survey, which might ask some of the same questions you've already discussed with our team. If that's the case, please answer everything to the best of your ability, as we want to make sure your answers are recorded and up-to-date. We appreciate your time and efforts here!
