How much does it cost to sell with Baton?

At Baton, we take some of the heavy lifting out of selling your business, and you walk away with more of your nest egg intact. We provide marketing, screening, and negotiation support for just 6% of the total deal price or $6K (whichever is larger). You'll also access our vetted network of lawyers and M&A experts, as well as our curated list of potential buyers and investors.
When and how you'll pay: You pay a monthly $1K retainer for 6 months. This allows us to provide that ongoing support on the road to your closing, and your retainer then applies to your overall fee. If the monthly payment seems daunting, don't worry. We're here to talk about it.
