If you decide to sell with Baton, only buyers who’ve passed our stringent certification (pre-screening) process will know that you've listed your business for sale on Baton. Those buyers will have to agreed to our strict code of conduct which includes an NDA that applies marketplace-wide, and forever. Otherwise, the process from free valuation to closing is 100% confidential.
